Where is the hunting lodge located?

We are situated in Northeast Montana near Glasgow. Our hunting season runs from September 1 through mid-October.

What accommodations do you offer?

Our comfortable log lodge can accommodate up to 5 guests. All meals are prepared by our culinary expert, ensuring an exceptional dining experience.

What is included with the guided hunts?

  • Professional guide services with 2-3 hunters per guide (3 hunters accommodated for friend groups)
  • Guide dogs
  • Daily departures between 7-8 AM, weather and location dependent
  • Field lunch service
  • Expect to hike 4-6 miles daily over gentle to moderate terrain

Can I bring my own hunting dog?

Yes, many customers bring their own dogs. However, owners must provide their own kennel system for both day and night containment.

What should I know about firearms and ammunition?

  • Firearms and ammunition are not included
  • 12 and 20 gauge shotguns are most commonly used
  • We recommend size 6 shot to avoid wounding birds
  • Improved Cylinder choke is suggested

What species can I hunt and what licenses are required?

Licenses can be purchased at MTFWP.Gov. You'll need a 3-day license.

Available species and limits:

  • Sharp-tail Grouse: Daily limit of 4, possession limit of 16
  • Hungarian Partridge: Daily limit of 8, possession limit of 32

Important notes:

  • Wounded birds count toward your daily limit
  • Bird cleaning and packaging services are included
  • Clients are responsible for transporting their birds home

What is your deposit policy?

  • 50% non-refundable deposit required to reserve your date
  • Final payment is due by July 1
  • No dates will be held without a deposit
